What do the different payment statuses mean?

The payment request has not be finalised so is still in draft

SentThe payment request has been approved
OverdueThe payment has not been received yet, and the due date has passed
PaidThe payment has been made and money received
CancelledYou, the fena user, has cancelled the payment request

The request has been rejected from the banks side. This could be for a variety of issues. It could be due to your customer cancelling once they are on the bank app, the payment exceeding your customer’s daily payment limits, or the bank flagging the payments as suspicious. We recommend contacting your customer
