How to sign-up for a Fena toolkit account

Signing up for an account is quick and easy, you just need to follow the sign-up steps

If you want to make the most of the Toolkit and benefit from Fena's Open Banking payments, you'll also need to complete ID verification and add a bank account which you'll receive your payments into.

Sign-up

1. Go to https://toolkit.fena.co/sign-up
2. Fill out the fields as required and hit "Create account" . The first set of information is specific to you, in the following steps you'll add business information. It's also worth noting you can invite any colleagues after you've signed up
   
   
   
   
3. Select the country and business structure
   
   
   
   
4. Complete all the fields then hit next (those which are mandatory are marked with a red asterisk)
5. If you're a company registered in the UK, you can add in your Company Registration Number, and we will autopopulate all the registered company details
6. If you are a registered company, you'll then be asked for your trading information - if it's the same as registered details just tick "Same as registered" and we'll autopopulate it for you
7. Hit next, and you're registration is complete!

ID verification

If you want to take payments using Fena, then you're business is required to complete ID verification checks. To do this, please see this guide

Add a bank account

In order to use Fena payments, you'll need a bank account which you'll receive funds into. This account needs to be 1. Held in the name of the business (or individual if Sole Trader) and 2. For registered companies, must be a business account
