Status | Definitions |
---|---|
Draft | The payment request has not yet been saved & sent |
Sent | The payment request has been approved |
Overdue | The payment has not been received yet, and the due date has passed |
Paid | The payment has been made and money received |
Cancelled | You, the fena user, has cancelled the payment request |
Rejected | The request has been rejected from the banks side. This could be for a variety of issues. It could be due to your customer cancelling once they are on the bank app, the payment exceeding your customer’s daily payment limits, or the bank flagging the payments as suspicious. We recommend contacting your customer |
