Payments are being blocked by one bank

Different banks will have their own rules for payments. If a particular customer is having problems making a payment repeatedly, then they should contact their bank to ask why it is being blocked.

 

If you notice that any single bank is blocking payments repeatedly for multiple customers, please get in touch and we will investigate.
