My account won’t let me create new invoice/payment requests. Why not?

If you can’t create new payments or invoices, this is likely because you haven’t linked a bank account to your account, you haven’t completed ID verification, or because Fena is still reviewing your account. You should be prompted to complete any outstanding steps when you log in to the portal. 

Once your account is ready to go, you'll receive an email from us.
