Customising emails

You can customise how any emails sent via Fena, on your behalf, look. These include emails with ID verification links or links to add a bank account using online banking:

• Head to Settings > Email customisation
  
  
  
  
• Hit edit and then move through the fields as required. The fields you can edit are
  • You logo
  • Social media links
  • Button and button text colour
  • Footer logo
  • Footer text
• You can check how the emails will look at any time. Just make sure changes are saved, and then hit “Email test”, input an email address you’d like to receive the test to, and finally hit “Send email test”
