How to install the WooCommerce Payment plugin (Business Toolkit)

You can quickly and easily set-up Fena payments for your WooCommerce website, and this is all included within your subscription. 

Prerequisites

1. Your company has been verified - this means that a company director has completed ID verification
2. You have added a bank account and this has been verified

Install the plugin 

Please note: before installing the new plugin, please ensure you have deleted the old Fena WooCommerce plugin

You will have been provided with a Zip file containing the plugin. To install it:

1. Login to you admin page and navigate to Plugins tab of the WordPress dashboard
2. Hit "Upload Plugin"
3. Drag and drop the file or hit "Choose file" and select the Zip file shared with you
   
   
   
4. Hit "Install now"
5. Once installed, hit "Activate plugin"

Plugin Configuration

In this step, you'll need to configure the plugin on both the WooCommerce and Fena Business Toolkit

1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Fena > Manage
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, you're looking for the "Payment notification URL" and "Redirect URL"
   
   
   
   
3. On the Fena Toolkit, head to Settings (Cog icon in the top right) > API keys, and hit "Generate API Keys"
   
   
   
4. Give the key a name - we recommend the name of your website
5. Select Role as Owner
6. Add in the Webhook / Payment Notification URL and Redirect URL. Just copy and paste these from the WooCommerce page
7. Make sure the API key is set to enabled, and hit "Generate API key"
   
   
   
   
8. You will now see that a Terminal ID and Terminal Secret have been generated. Copy the Terminal ID and Terminal secret by hitting the copy button next to each, and paste these into the Integration ID and Integration Secret fields in WooCommerce
   
   
   
9. Lastly, in WooCommerce, select your bank account which you want to receive payments into, and hit "Save changes"
   
   Please note:  If the bank dropdown list is empty, please try saving the changes and trying the dropdown again 
   
   

You're done! You are now ready to receive payments via Fena
