Making payments that have been requested via fena is incredibly easy. You’ll either be presented with a payment link or a QR code (or both)

Desktop

If you follow the link, you’ll be presented with a summary of the payment and then be asked to select which bank you’d like to pay with. Once you select your bank, then a QR code will appear - you can either scan this with your mobile to instant launch your mobile banking app, or continue via online banking.

If you continue on mobile, you’ll need to log-in to your banking app (usually with fingerprint of faceID), and approve the payment in-app. Once approved, you’ll be redirected to a success page or. If you continue on desktop, the flow is the same but you’ll need to log into online banking instead

Mobile

If you either open the link on mobile, or scan the QR code first presented to you, then it will launch a page which summarises the payment details and asks you to select the bank you’d like to pay with. Once you have selected your bank account, just hit continue and it will auto-launch your banking app. Log in, authorise the payment and then be redirected to a success page.

eCommerce/apps:

The flow is identical, other than the fact you won’t have been sent a link or QR code, but instead will select the “Pay by instant bank transfer” option at checkout. The rest is the same, just you’ll be redirected back to the website or app you are purchasing from.
