How to make test payments with Sandbox banks

If you are testing out payments using our sandboxes, then after payment initiation you'll be presented with an option of sandbox bank accounts to choose from. There are some credentials listed above each, but for more information about each, see below.

Bank selection

First, select the Sandbox bank you want to use. Once you select it, you'll see some sandbox credentials listed above it.

Hit the continue button, then scroll down past the QR code and hit "Continue on desktop". This will launch the sandbox bank.

Natwest Sandbox / RBS sandbox

RBS and Natwest sandbox work in exactly the same way, and have the same login credentials. First, they will ask you for a customer number, this is 123456789012. Type this in and hit continue

Then it will ask you to input numbers from your pin and password. In each case, just copy the number above the input box. So in the below, the pin numbers would be 5 7 2, and the password 4 3 6

You'll then be logged in, and you can choose one of the accounts to pay from, and either hit continue to make the payment, or cancel.

TSB Sandbox

For single payments, the User ID is testuser12. So select the account type, add the User ID and then hit continue

After this, you can just fill in the password, memorable information, and one time password with anything. After this, just choose the bank account, and then hit either continue or cancel.
