How to connect & sync your WooCommerce store to Fena Toolkit

To make the most of the Fena Toolkit, you'll want to link your WooCommerce store to Fena. This will allow you to sync orders, products, categories and customers between the two platforms

Just follow the steps below to connect your store to Fena

Generate API Keys in WooCommerce

First, you'll need to generate API keys in WooCommerce. To do this:

1. Login to your WooCommerce admin
2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API
   
   
3. Hit "Add key"
4. Add a description - something like "Fena Toolkit Integration" so you can easily identify it later
5. Change the permissions to Read/Write. This step is crucial to ensure an ongoing, two-way sync.
   
   
   
   
6. Hit "Generate API key"
7. You'll be shown an ID and Secret. Copy these to a notepad or similar - after you leave this page you won't have access to the anymore
   
   Please note: If you do lose access to the key and secret when connecting Fena and WooCommerce, just create new keys
   
   

Configure the integration on the Fena Toolkit

Now you need to configure the integration on the Fena Toolkit

1. Login to toolkit https://toolkit.fena.co/sign-in
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > eCommerce stores
   
   
   
   
3. Hit "Add account"
4. Fill in the details. The Consumer Key in WooCommerce is the API Key in Fena, and the Consumer Secret in WooCommerce is the API Secret in Fena. The Shop URL is just the base URL of your store
   
   
   
   
5. Hit continue, and then select "WooCommerce to Fena" for the sync direction for products, customers and orders:
   
   
   
   
6. Hit "Save and Sync"
7. We recommend waiting 10 minutes to ensure everything syncs, but otherwise you're done. Your data from your WooCommerce store will sync with the Fena Toolkit, and ongoing orders, products, categories and customers will sync between the two platforms
